Getting Started with IC 360 Support

If you arrived here, it's because we're about to start working together! Please start by downloading our Guide, which is linked below.

Your manager likely provided you with an email address and temporary password. This is a "Microsoft 365" account. Set that up by going to www.office.com and signing in. You can do this on any computer while you are waiting to receive your work computer.

Once your computer arrives, you should be able to log into your computer with that email address and password. Computer setup is mostly automated after that. It might take a couple hours for everything to load the first time you're signing into your new computer.
